Anne Lévy is a French and European trademark & design attorney. She is co-managing partner of Brandon IP (formerly Blétry), a French boutique firm specialising in IP matters since 1866, that she was instrumental in acquiring in 2003.

With her diverse background and experience in IP law, IP strategy and commercialisation, Anne is not only active in advising clients in filing and pre-litigation and litigation support services but also in building customised development strategies using intellectual property rights and viewing intellectual property as a major asset to generate revenue.

Besides her professional activity and managing a family as a mother of two children, Anne is also involved in the French FICPI association (ACPI) and chaired FICPI CET Group 8, relating to IP asset management and commercialisation, before she moved to the Professional Excellence Commission.
